Kurzfassung

Minorities are generally assumed to be politically weak, esp. in democracies based on the idea of majority rule. This may be true for some, but not for all kinds of minorities, or for minorities in some, but not in all circumstances. The project analyzes what bases of power minorities can rely on in a liberal democratic setting.
