Kurzfassung
The ISOC the project ‘Potentials of Green Coding’ found that about half of surveyed software companies prioritize Green Coding as a strategic goal, yet only 18% actively measure its environmental impact. As global sustainability awareness grows, so will the recognition of green coding. However, our project also found that Green Coding is widely seen as not being promoted enough and that less than 17% of software-producing companies have already consciously integrated Green Coding strategies....The ISOC the project ‘Potentials of Green Coding’ found that about half of surveyed software companies prioritize Green Coding as a strategic goal, yet only 18% actively measure its environmental impact.
