Kurzfassung

Collection of peripheral blood progenitor cells is well established in the therapy of hematologic malignancies. The process is constantly enhanced by new apheresis-techniques. The efficiency of new instruments used in the production of stem cell-concentrates has to be evaluated. Quantitiy and vitality of CD34+-cells must be better or even equal to the previously used system.
