Kurzfassung

A new fully automated gel test for blood grouping is available (DAYmate, DAYmedical). This method has particular features like ad-hoc preparation of gel columns for the intended test profiles and performs without washing or rinsing.
The aim of the study is to evaluate and validate the system and the reagents for routine blood grouping.
