Kurzfassung

As part of this experiment two different types of human cells were colonized on titanium-samples with different surface properties. Each combination was triplicate colonized for 4 different time intervals. Thereafter the cells were dyed and photographed for evaluation. This created images of 4 randomly selected locations of each sample to analyze the cell viability, their expanse of colonization and morphology.
