Kurzfassung
Extensive tumors of the head / neck region require a resection with safety margin, so that large facial defects remain. Both the aesthetic as well as functional rehabilitation require a precise recovery of bone and soft tissue, which can be achieved by microvascular reconstruction. The reconstruction of complex structures of bones, teeth and soft tissues can be virtual made with the aid of CAD technique and CT-based models. For transmission planning in the OP-Situs sawing and drilling templates are used. This project compares the pure virtual CAD / CAM techniques with the planning and production techniques of individual CT-based skull models in vitro. In addition, this project compares the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed 3D reconstruction with those of conventional, taking account of patient quality of life, treatment costs and medical / dental treatment expenses.» weiterlesen» einklappen
