The aim of our prospective case-control study is to evaluate urinary, anal, prolapse and sexual symptoms in patients with levator ani muscle trauma in comparison with patients with intact levator 1-year after vaginal delivery. Primiparous women who delivered vaginally with 3D ultrasound diagnosis of levator trauma on 2nd -3rd day postpartum and confirmed 1 year later are included in the case group.
