Kurzfassung
Glioblastoma (GB) is the most common malignant form of brain neoplasms in adults. the current standard of care for newly diagnosed GB involves surgery followed by combined radio (RT) and chemotherapy with DNA alkylating agent temozolomide (TMZ). This project aims to delineate epigenetic alterations induced by clinically relevant cytotoxic treatments (RT or TMZ) in experimental models of treatment-refractory glioma stem cells established in our lab.
