Evaluation des Antioxidantienstatus und der fibrinolytischen Aktivität im Liquor und Serum von Patienten mit intrazerebralen und subarachnoidalen Blutungen
Laufzeit: 01.01.2017 - 31.12.2020
Kurzfassung
Primary objective: To determine antioxidant status (AO) and fibrinolytic activity (FA) in plasma and CSF of patients with aneurysmatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) or intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) over a 14-day time-course.
Secondary objectives: To assess correlations between AO-status / FA and the patients’ neurologic status as measured by the Stroke Impact Scale, the Glasgow Coma outcome scale-extended (GOSE), and the modified Rankin Scale (mRS), all tested at 6 months after the...Primary objective: To determine antioxidant status (AO) and fibrinolytic activity (FA) in plasma and CSF of patients with aneurysmatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) or intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) over a 14-day time-course.
Secondary objectives: To assess correlations between AO-status / FA and the patients’ neurologic status as measured by the Stroke Impact Scale, the Glasgow Coma outcome scale-extended (GOSE), and the modified Rankin Scale (mRS), all tested at 6 months after the ictus.
The study is a single-center, prospective, observational study. All consecutive patients who will have an external ventricular drain (EVD) inserted for clinical reasons will be included.
