Kurzfassung

Male patients with moderate urinary stress incontinence will be prospectively randomised to the
operative treatment with an artificial urinary sphincter (AMS 800) or adjustable male sling. The multiinstitutional
study aims to evaluate differences in short and long term efficacy and complications of
these treatments along with impact on Quality of Life.
