Objective of this project is to package inhibitory RNA molecules into functionalized polymers to inhibit immunosuppressive proteins in human regulatory T cells. Additionally, tumorantigen coding stimulatory RNA will be modified for synergistic antigen-loading and toll-like receptor-dependent activation of dendritic cells.
