Kurzfassung

The nursing documentation of all residents of a large nursing home in Mainz who died in 2018 will be examined with regard to items relevant to "end of life care" (in particular documentation of stressful symptoms, prescribed and administered drugs in the dying phase, existence of a living will/power of attorney, hydration and nutrition, number of family doctor visits).
