In this project, we aim to characterize in vivo established melanomas which show a difference in proliferation and immunogenicity. The final goal is to target immune escape mechanisms like up- or downregulation of cell surface molecules, different glycosylation patterns of cell surface molecules or secretion of inhibitory cytokines to increase efficacy of adoptive T cell transfer.
