In an effort to investigate the impact of stroma-mediated drug resistance, we established a co-culture system using distinct stromal feeder layers and human AML cell lines/ primary human AML blasts. In this project, we are planning to apply this well-defined co-culture system to analyse the effects of several chemotherapeutics and dasatinib upon treatment with an anti-CXCR4 antibody.
