Kurzfassung

This project deals with the pharmakokinetic characterization and modeling of the [18F]-labeled ligand MK-9470 for imaging cannabinoid type-1-receptors (CB1). In the second project step, modulations of the cerebral CB1 system will be investigated in dedicated animal models under different experimental designs (pharmacological and behavioral challenges).
