Within the collaborative research center ‘Nanodimensional polymer therapeutics for tumor therapy’ (SFB 1066) this project (Q3) investigates pharmacokinetics, metabolism and drug release of radiolabeled particles from A- and B-projects by means of PET imaging. Additionally, ferromagnetic particles will be quantified in tissue by MRI and hybrid imaging for functional-anatomical co-registration by PET/MRI will be established.
