Kurzfassung
The combination of hydrogenated carbon layers (a-C:H) applied on sustainable and/or degradable (bio)polymers results in an exciting material for the possible storage of energy. The energy can be introduced in the form of atoms or metal ions, whereby the carbon material then serves as the basis for the electrode material. The energy can be introduced in the form of atoms or metal ions, whereby the carbon material then serves as the basis for the electrode material. On the one hand, the carbon layers can be successfully produced on polymers, and on the other hand, it is known that the carbon layers absorb to a certain extent e.g. hydrogen atoms generated by plasma processes or hydrogen ions by electrochemical processes. In this project the volume of the storage capacity of the a-C:H layers will be changed by means of modified coating parameters but also post plasma processes in such a way that the capacity of the energy input is increased. The aim is to develop an alternative and sustainable energy storage system.» weiterlesen» einklappen
