Kurzfassung

Within this project, we aim to better understand how aging influences immune cell function, especially of T cells. Initially this research project addresses this question in healthy individuals, and additionally follows up a cohort of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell-treated patients as an in vivo model to validate the findings.
