We report the preparation of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 ? thin films on (100)-SrTiO3 substrates by a sample DC-sputtering method in high pressure oxygen atmosphere. The inductively measured Tc onset reaches values up to 86K. Films were characteized by X-ray diffraction in Bragg-Brentano-and-Seeman-Bohlin-configuration;transport measurements were performed.
