English teacher for students ages 5-12 years. Main responsibilities are to develop syllabus and course structure according specific topics to be covered each week. I am in charge of developing the course material, adapting each resource to the age of each student, and keeping progress of students’ achievements.

Faculty Recruitment Administrator
Recruitment of international faculty (professors, chair of departments, etc.) for Universidad de Monterrey. Main responsibilities were recruiting, selecting possible candidates and assessing them with specific psychometric evaluation (according to the profile of the job position), interviewing (because most of the candidates were international scholars interviews were often made through skype), organizing meetings between faculty’s deans and candidates, revise candidates’ evaluations, and supporting final decisions. I also ran screening checkups (mainly in the USA and Mexico), developed reports based on candidates’ psychometrical evaluations, deans’ observation and screening checkups. After candidate was selected, I was in charge of working in cooperation with the International Office of the university to apply for the work permit of future professors.
Also participated in the Estrategic Planning development strategies for the Department of Human Capital, and Visiting Professors program.
