This paper discusses networks at the intersection of two research streams: organizational education and social innovation. Social innovation research is rooted in an interest in social change. Whereas organizational education focuses more on learning processes at the mezzo-level of organizations, mainly the learning in, between and by organizations (Göhlich et al. 2014). Learning between organizations often takes place in inter-organizational networks.
