Since electronic correlations are considered to be of crucial importance for the electronic properties of both heavy-fermion systems and high-Tc superconductors we studied the influence of impurity atoms on the substitutional systems Ce1?xLaxCu6 and YBa2(Cu1?xTx)3O7?? with T = NiandZn. For the heavy-fermion system the main effect is the dissapearance of the low temperature anomalies in resistivity (T), magnetoresistivity ?(B, T) and Hall-coefficient RH(T) associated with the formation of a coherent quasiparticle state. In case of YBa2(Cu1?xTx)3O7Tc is linearly degraded with x with a slope of for Ni and -8 K/% for Zn. » weiterlesen» einklappen
