The project is to develop a unique functionalised bioceramic bone graft with a prolonged antimitotic activity via integration of poly-cyclodextrins carrying anticancer agents implanted immediately after tumor excision for bone defect reconstruction. Its efficacy and safety will be evaluated in in vitro and pre-clinical studies.
