The role of growth factor receptor ErbB2 in papillomavirus infection
Laufzeit: 01.01.2015 - 31.12.2018
Kurzfassung
Growth factor receptor ErbB2 has been identified as proviral factor in oncogenic HPV infections. To characterize the role of ErbB2 protein in specific steps of HPV16 infection, activation status of ErbB2, interaction of ErbB2-HPV16 and ErbB2-tetraspanin complexes on and in the host cell and finally, the role of ErbB2/EGFR signaling in HPV infection will be investigated.
