Introducing lattice disorder by means of heavy ion irradiation or alternatively by substituting Ce by La leads to a sensitive suppression of these characteristic heavy fermion features, resulting in a continuation of the high temperature behaviors to lower temperatures. These are supposed to originate in case of RH(T) from single impurity skew scattering and in case of ?(B, T) from the dependence of the scattering cross-section of the conduction electrons on the partial alignment of localized magnetic moments in an external field. » weiterlesen» einklappen
